Coloured Feature sheets will be prepared, highlighting the special features of your home, for distribution to buyers, real estate agents, mortgage specialists if appropriate. Advertising will be placed in the home seller, newspapers on a regular basis as appropriate. An open house will be held for real estate agents, and the public if appropriate. The open house times will be posted to MLS & Sutton Preferred Real Estate sites. A computerized Comparative Market Analysis will be prepared and updated as required. You will be kept abreast of prices and market conditions on an ongoing basis. A computerized record of showings will be maintained. You will receive timely feedback on all showings, agents comments, and buyer reactions. If you have email you will receive your number of views at MLS, every Tuesday morning. If you do not have email then it will be delivered directly to you. Buyers can be pre-qualified without delay by a number of qualified Mortgage Specialists.
